Cancellations

Please acknowledge our cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  We are aware emergencies do happen and will certainly consider those circumstances.  Our stylist work by appointment and reserve the designated amount of time necessary so that time is devoted to your appointment.  Appointments not cancelled in a timely manner and or two consecutive “no shows” will result in a credit card deposit of half your service to secure your next appointment. 

If for any reason within 48 hours, if you find something needs to be adjusted with a service you have had with us, we will happily take care of it free of charge.  Anything after that time frame will result in a nominal fee to cover your technician’s time for adjustment and any product used.


Please acknowledge our credit card minimum of $15.00.  

We appreciate your consideration so that we can avoid charging a service fee.  There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.  

All gift cards will expire 1 year after date of issue.  We appreciate cash tips whenever possible.
